My goal as a Pilates trainer is to allow people the time and space to move, feel, and then rebuild.
I have a contemporary approach to Pilates, focused on finding a balance between strength and flexibility by integrating my experiences with dance and yoga. I hope to assist in an improved overall sense of wellness that can be carried from the Pilates studio into everyday life.
As a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer trainer, I offer a personalized Pilates experience based on the needs and goals of the individual.
During your personal training sessions, we will work together to get you moving and feeling great!
